Do you know someone who likes programming, data, and maps but also craves contributing to conservation goals? Do you know a problem solver who is detail-oriented, comfortable in the field, and can visualize field data? The Nature Conservancy’s Adirondack Park Invasive Plant Program and St. Lawrence and Eastern Lake Ontario PRISM are looking for a Conservation and GIS Analyst with these skills. The Conservation and GIS Analyst is a full-time position. The successful candidate will oversee GIS and other relational database programs and provide technical support for PRISM staff. Some job duties include but are not limited to, designing field survey and collection tools, data visualization, and report curation.
