Conference Venue - YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center

SCGIS 2025 International Conference will take place at the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, Colorado, USA. 

Lodging Reservation and Confirmation

We have a block of rooms at the YMCA of the Rockies for $240/night ($274 including meals).  When booking your accommodations, meals will automatically be added to the booking total.

How to Make and Confirm Your Lodging Reservation

  • Make sure the dates in the room filter match the dates provided (Tuesday, July 7 - Friday July 10/Saturday July 11).  If the dates do not exactly match, rooms will not be selectable.

Payment & Reservation Details

A 35% deposit, payable to the YMCA, is due at the time of reservation. Once the 35% deposit is received by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you.

Extending Your Stay

If you would like to enjoy our beautiful mountain location beyond the group’s stay dates:

First, book your reservation online for the group event dates using the link above.
Then call Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add additional nights.

Getting there

The YMCA of the Rockies is located in Estes Park, Colorado. It’s a 1.5-hour drive from Denver and is bordered on three sides by Rocky Mountain National Park.

Flying and Driving

The venue is about an hour and half from Denver International Airport. YMCA of the Rockies address: 2515 Tunnel Rd, Estes Park, CO 80517, USA

Carpooling

SCGIS would like to invite you to use this Carpooling tool. We are not liable for any communications nor will we be tracking this sheet. It is simply a tool for conference attendees to use to find transportation to and from the venue. You will be able to privately communicate with the people you are carpooling with however you wish.

Shuttle

Estes Park Shuttle offers a shuttle to and from the Denver airport: one way is $85.00, round trip is $155.00 per person. Booking is required (at least one week in advance is recommended). There are 6 departures per day from the airport and from Estes Park. Travel time is 1.5 hours outside of rush hour and 2 hours with heavy traffic. Please visit their website for more information.
